My name is Emma Wang. I am a UX Designer with a specialization in Information Architecture based in Seattle, WA. Currently, I am helping Expedia Group craft chat-based virtual agent experiences for both travelers and agents. I have a hybrid background in Design, Information Science, and Mathematics. I have a balance of creative and analytical skills that allows me to help companies create memorable experiences through user-centered design.

I love communicating and telling stories. I was a radio host of the Children Program for a total of 10 years, and I also worked for the Chinese Radio Seattle previously before I moved to Bloomington, IN.
